These terms cover what to expect when you work with Nashville AI Guy. We wrote them in plain language on purpose. If any part of this is not clear, ask us and we will explain it face to face.

What we provide

Nashville AI Guy builds and maintains websites, tools, and AI based automation for small businesses in Middle Tennessee and across the US. This can include websites, customer tracking, lead answering, scheduling, and other back office work handled through AI tools.

Pricing

Pricing is quoted case by case based on what your business needs. Every client pays a flat monthly rate. There are no setup fees. There are no surprise line items added without talking to you first.

Month to month

There is no long term contract. Work continues month to month, and either side can end the arrangement at any time. There is no cancellation fee.

Ownership

What we build for you, such as your website or the tools set up specifically for your business, belongs to you. If the relationship ends, we will help you get access to what you need to keep running.

Third party tools

Some of what we build relies on third party software and AI tools, such as hosting providers, CRMs, or AI platforms. Those tools may carry their own fees and terms. We will always tell you upfront which third party accounts your business needs and what they cost, and those accounts stay in your name.

No guaranteed results

We work hard to build tools that save you time and help you get more work in the door. We cannot guarantee a specific result, income increase, or number of leads, since that depends on your business, your market, and how the tools are used.

Limitation of liability

Nashville AI Guy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the tools or services we provide. Our responsibility is limited to correcting problems with the work we deliver directly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute related to our services will be handled under Tennessee law.
