We hop on Google Meet. You tell us what is slowing your business down. We ask questions. If we can help, we say so. If not, we point you somewhere better.

If it makes sense to keep going, we put together a written proposal with exact scope and pricing. Then we meet in person to walk through it together.

You give the green light. We get to work. You get regular updates. When it is done, we train your team to actually use it. No dumping code and running.

Yes. The 20-minute call is free. If we decide to work together after, we write you a proposal with a fixed price. No hidden fees, no monthly retainer surprise.

Then we will tell you. We would rather be honest than take your money for something we cannot deliver. Most weeks we send at least one person to a different tool or a different professional because it is a better fit.

No. If you did, you would not need us. Come as you are. We do the translating.

No. Some of the best fits are one-person and two-person shops. Missed calls, quoting, and follow-ups are the biggest time-eaters at your size, and those are exactly what AI is good at handling.

If we are a fit, we usually kick off within a week. Most projects run two to four weeks. Rush jobs are possible for a small rush fee. We will talk about it.
