We also use basic web analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they look at. This does not include anything that identifies you personally beyond general information like your browser and approximate location.

How we use it

We use the information from the contact form for one reason: to get back to you about the work you asked about. We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not send you marketing emails unless you ask us to. The analytics data helps us understand which pages are useful so we can keep improving the site.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone outside of the basic infrastructure that runs this website, such as the service that delivers our contact form submissions to our email inbox. We are not in the business of collecting data. We are in the business of helping small businesses use AI well.
